Woman sleeps through rape?
So it appears a homeless man raped a woman while she was asleep. I’m not sure I understand how this happens. The article states that a women was raped in/on her vehicle near an interstate yet was still asleep when the police arrived.
How does this happen? Did she drive while asleep? Did she pull off the road and decide to knock out for a few? Did this homeless man attempt to cease a golden opportunity?
I’d love to know some of the finer details for this one…
A lawyer for the man accused of raping a University of Cincinnati student said the encounter could have been consensual because the woman has a history of sleepwalking.
Dexter Ford, 52, is charged with raping the 23-year-old woman early Thursday morning near Interstate 71 in Cincinnati.
Ford’s lawyer, Jeff Adams, said prosecutors told him the woman takes prescription medication and has a sleepwalking condition, a fact that will likely be the core part of Ford’s defense.
Turns out dude is HIV positive…
